Her face is accurate
She looks like a serene grandmother. Her face looks the same as picture. Her dress is a lighter beige than the photo but I like that better. Her hair is also pulled back and not messy Her dress is about 1 inch past her feet. I'll get a doll stand and tuck it under and tack it with a few stitches. I have her standing next to a crib with a girl baby it in it. Makes a very nice looking loving scene.
